About Wilderness Island

Where is Wilderness Island?

Wilderness Island is 26 miles from Exmouth in the Exmouth Gulf in North Western Australia. Exmouth itself is located in Western Australia, 1270kms north of Perth, the State Capital.

You can’t access us direct from the mainland so you travel to Exmouth and then we’re straight across the Exmouth Gulf either by boat or sea-plane.

Here is a link to our Google Map.

How Many People Can Stay on the Island?

The Island is really exclusive – only 10 people, plus two hosts are on the island at any one time. It’s like your own private island!
