Peter Butler catches the biggest fish of the day, yippee. A gorgeous Golden Trevally.
The same day we were landing Malibar Groper’s, Estuary Cod’s, Broad Barred Spanish Mackeral’s, Brassy Trevally’s by the dozen and a Jawfish. The strikes were every couple of minutes so it was a real action morning.
Here’s the video of Peter reeling in his catch. He was rapt as he knows “not a lot” about fishing even though he’s Harry Butler’s brother. Harry is the main fishing guide for the Wilderness Island and he literally drove us straight to our catching strip and within minutes we were landing these babies.
