Thanks very much for a fantastic four days of fishing and relaxing. Two weeks ago over a fine bottle of Whisky, Gavin and I decided we needed a break: Week later all was confirmed and booked and a day later we were on our way. Hit the water at about 9:00 to head to Wilderness Island: by 10:30 we had the first fish on!

A great start with a few days to go. We caught numerous fish and enjoyed the shared stories in the evening. We left Perth with the dreamy goal of catching a sailfish. That we did, twice. So very proud to say that we were the first to catch a sailfish at Wilderness Island.

What more could you ask for than achieving a fishing vision and fulfilling a dream. Keep up the fantastic work boys and thanks for looking after this little piece of Australia and it’s wildlife. I look forward to seeing you again in a year, and I hope that in many years time the fantastic wilderness experience you shared with Gavin and I will be shared with many more who dream of big fish and big experiences.
